ROBBY PHELPS, Licensed Agent

Robby's background makes him a valuable asset here at LSS. Previously he worked as a Critical Care Respiratory Therapist, and now uses his medical knowledge to assist with plan selection, understanding benefits and costs and looking ahead. He's also Ashley's husband and fits perfectly in our team. Robby is passionate about providing the best care and service to all. He loves being a dad to his two teenage daughters. His favorite place to be is in the mountains or cruising across southern Utah sands.

Kami Hendrickson, Licensed Agent

Kami finds working at LSS so fulfilling. Kami started as an administrative assistant and quickly became a licensed agent, wanting to help more. Meeting with individuals and helping them narrow down their health care options is something Kami is great at. She helps not only with plan selection and enrollment, but searches providers, assists with claim issues and more. Kami’s favorite thing to do is spend time with her family! She loves being a grandma, she’s happiest with her grandbabies. Kami also loves to vacation and travel, and play pickleball.

As a licensed Medicare agent, Mandy is dedicated to helping individuals confidently navigate Medicare. She assists with enrolling in Medicare, reviewing and enhancing existing coverage, resolving claims issues, and answering questions about benefits. Mandy's goal is to provide clear guidance, personalized support, and trusted service so her clients can make informed decisions about their healthcare coverage with confidence. Mandy cherishes family time, she’s a busy mom of five. Mandy loves music & concerts, traveling, snorkeling and Hawaii is her favorite place on earth.

Tami enjoys getting to know all our clients. She helps answer phone calls, schedules appointments, and helps with general questions. Tami loves being a grandma, she has five grandchildren. Tami enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling and experiencing new places. She enjoys being a homemaker and working in the yard. For fun, you’ll see Tami outdoors walking, hiking, or biking.
